“信号塔大战”之后，苍蝇公司的大老板特靠谱重伤，他的远房表弟拜拜乔登场，不仅继承了他的全部身家，还让不夜城再度陷入混乱。另一边，熊强三人失去了缩小手电筒的消息，陷入绝望的光头强想起年迈的父母，他决定放下一切回家，遂去往狗熊岭高铁站，在站内好巧不巧看见了混在零件堆中的缩小手电筒，好运和霉运时常相伴出现，大马猴和二狗中途出现，千方百计想抓住熊强三人，妄图发财，而新恶霸拜拜乔也派出了身怀绝技的手下金刚螂和八爪怪来抢夺缩小手电筒，场面一时混乱且激烈！熊强三人再次与恶势力为敌，对手愈加强劲，形势愈加严峻，生活中更是麻烦不断，状况频出，他们不能退缩，团结一致勇往直前，才能搏出一线生机。

After last season’s showdown at the signal tower, the evil Tricky Boo was left badly injured. When his cousin Billy Joe arrives to pick up the slack, Pipesburg is plunged into chaos again. 

Vick, Briar, and Bramble have their own mission: locating the elusive shrinker. Along with Billy Joe’s henchmen, the ever-resourceful Maurice and Arnold are also hot on its trail. Of course, when Vick decides to give up the search and return home, the shrinker finally shows up.

The bear brothers and their human friend soon find themselves back taking on bad guys. Their opponents are stronger and the stakes are higher than ever before. Tough battles and daily struggles are unavoidable, but you know this determined trio don’t ever give up!
